Return & Exchange Policy
Special Note: If you emailed us and yet to receive our reply in 24 business hours (not including weekends and holidays), you can contact us on whatsapp (wa.me/8617667932251) or Instagram (@april.lace.wigs).
1. In order to ensure the safe transport of your returned wigs, please be sure to contact us first before sending back your hairs! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all losses.
----We will refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission!
2. If you decided to return the order for any reason, please contact us by email aprillacewigs@gmail.com within 48 hours after u receive the hair to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue return is not acceptable.
----We DO NOT accept the return/exchange if you have cut the lace/hairs for any reason.
----Custom orders can't be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
3. Please send pictures of the units you want to return (the front lace and the whole unit）to us when you decided to make an exchange or return. （Pictures are to record and check if the wig is intact）
4. If you would like to exchange for other wigs, you should pay the price difference and shipping costs for both ways. ($30 from China to your country).
---We ONLY accept Postal Parcel for the return packages. (Post office is the only method). DO NOT send the hair(s) by UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT. Or customer needs to pay for all fees.
----Declare the value is $20. it's Hair sample (avoiding high customs fee)
----The customer needs to afford the customs tax if the package was sent back by the express delivery or declared a high package value.
5. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for an exchange or a refund. However, if you return the hair for a refund, $30 shipping fee will be deducted from your payment. The rest refund will be processed AFTER we receive the returned.
----if you are returning the wig for an exchange, the exchange item has to be shipped out AFTER we receive the returned.

The product has to be returned with its original state with no alterations made to include the following:
Wig lace cannot be cut, torn, dyed or altered in any manner
The hair cannot be cut, styled, or altered in any manner
Wig cannot contain any tape, glue or residue
Wig cannot contain any chemicals, dyes, or other hair products
